NEW SLAPSHOCK ALBUM COMING UP

Having just marked their 23rd year in the industry, Pinoy metal veterans Slapshock have revealed that they are currently working on a follow-up to their 2017 album, Atake.

Although there haven’t been further details on the official release dates for their forthcoming album, Slapshock won’t be leaving their Slap Army waiting long for new music to arrive as it is expected that the band will be releasing some songs from their upcoming album later this year.

Slapshock have had the same line up right from the band’s inception: vocalist Jamir Garcia along with bassist Lee Nadela, guitarists Lean Ansing and Jerry Basco, and drummer Chi Evora. For over two decades now, Slapshock have not wavered, and the band has continued to make their mark on the local music scene.

Here’s to 23 years of Slapshock and many more, as we await a new chapter with a new record coming right up.
