1. Purchase A PAIR of VIP 1 or VIP 2 tickets to Mr. Big Live in Manila from October 14 to 27, 2014 at any SM Ticket outlet nationwide.

2.Go to http://pulpliveworld.com/news/pulp/item/252-mr-big-vip-promo.

3.Fill out required fields (full name, contact number, address, date of purchase, and ticket transaction IDs) and submit online form as it will serve as your official entry to the raffle promo.

4.Deadline of submission is on October 27, 2014, 10pm.

5.Winners will be drawn on October 28, 2014, 5pm at the PULP Headquarters with the presence of a DTI representative.

6.Winners will be announced on PULP Live World’s Facebook page and will be notified via registered mail.

7.Prizes can be claimed at PULP Headquarters (284 E-Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Quezon City) within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification.

GUIDELINES FOR WINNERS:

1.To claim prizes, winners must present a valid ID, and the tickets at the PULP Headquarters (284 E-Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Quezon City) for verification.

2.Tickets should be in mint condition. Serial numbers must be legible and not tampered with.

3.A person can only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, he or she gets the prize of higher value.

4.Prizes not claimed 60 days from receipt of notification will be forfeited with prior approval of DTI.

5.Employees of PULP Live World Production and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this promo.

6. Provincial winners will receive their prizes via courier.
