RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Defective/Incorrect Item

We allow returns of defective or incorrect items within three (3) business days of receipt. Items must be in original and good condition, unworned and undamaged with its original tag and packaging. Send us an e-mail to report the defective or incorrect item.

Please inform us before sending back an item. We will ship the replacement once your request has been approved and the defective or incorrect item has been shipped back to us. Also, shipping charges will be shouldered by the customer.

REFUND

We do not issue refunds.

SHIPPING

All orders are delivered by private courier. Tracking information will be sent to you via email upon shipment.

Processing time after payment is 1 to 2 business days and transit times of couriers are typically 1 business day for Metro Manila and 3 to 5 business days for provinces. In other words, after payment has been received, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 business days for Metro Manila and within 4 to 5 business days for provinces.

We only ship after payment has been received. We do not do cash-on-delivery (COD).

CANCELLATION

We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.

Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled.
