Terms & Conditions

– Limited of (2) two light sticks are allowed per person.

– Only the ticket holders are allowed to pre-order the light stick/s.

– We reserve the right not to accept any replacements of damaged light sticks such as scratches, various defects caused by its manufacture, and also breakages from dropping the products, except for the cases with the power issue.

Claiming Process

– Claiming of your pre-ordered light stick/s will be on February 3 to 5, 2023, 11am onwards at Merchandise Pre-Sale Claiming Booth, Mall of Asia Arena, Pacific drive cor. Coral Way.

– Please present any of your valid IDs and proof of payment upon claiming.

– For authorized person, please have him/her present an authorization letter signed by you, copy of your valid IDs and proof of payment when claiming the light stick/s.

– Make sure your light stick/s are working before leaving the merchandise claiming booth. Our staff will assist you in checking the condition.
