SLASH, the iconic rock guitar player of Guns ‘N’ Roses fame, has, after leaving GNR in the mid-90s, carved out an impressive solo career that has seen him not only maintain his relevance in the rock world but also reinforce his image as one of the most identifiable icons of rock – not to mention that he is virtually recognized the world over as the mascot of what is perhaps seen as the most popular interactive video game in history: Guitar Hero.
His first visit to the Philippines will be at a headlining show at the historical Araneta Coliseum with Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators on Saturday May 4. SLASH will play original songs as well as classic GNR anthems that have drawn massive acclaim throughout the world.
